Q: Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it enters the shipping process immediately. This means there’s only a short window of time where changes or cancellations are possible.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation”, and include your full name and order number. We’ll do our best to help!

Note: All Live4Comics gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable for cash. However, gift cards do not expire and may be used across multiple transactions until the balance runs out.

Q: What is your return policy?
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your order! Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, the name of the product(s), and the reason for the return.

We are unable to refund original shipping charges or processing fees.
We do not offer exchanges.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee on returned items.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the package, or any other issue caused by customer error or negligence, a reshipping fee will be charged before resending or refunding your order.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges for any products at this time.

Q: An item in my order was damaged in transit. What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name, and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll make it right!

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once you return your item, you can expect your refund within 4 weeks, although it often happens sooner. This includes:

5–10 business days for the return to reach us
3–5 business days for us to process it
5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund
