We provide free standard international shipping (excluding gift card purchases) to most countries. Please review the shipping table below for further information on particular countries.

PROCESSING
The average processing time is 2 to 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.

SHIPPING
We have currently returned to pre-pandemic delivery speed to the most countries. Please see the timetable below for the estimated shipping time for your country. For orders below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & CLEARANCE
For U.S. customers:
There are no additional charges beyond what you pay at checkout. Your total includes U.S. state tax (where applicable), tariffs, and handling fees, so you won’t pay anything extra when your package arrives.

For EU and UK customers:
We collect VAT at checkout, which means your package will arrive with no additional fees or surprises.

For customers in other countries:
Depending on local import regulations, VAT, customs duties, or other taxes may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are beyond our control.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
Most carriers provide minimal or no shipping insurance by default. To protect your order, we strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance at checkout.

Shipping Insurance provides premium coverage during international transit. If your package is lost or damaged, we will reship it at no extra charge.
